Help Needed-2002 Expedition VCP rear entertainment system

I purchased a 2002 EB Expedition with the VCP rear entertainment system. I cannot get the sound to work. I need a manual for the system. The screen works great, I just cannot get sound.
I have searched EBAYfor a manual, HELM does not make the rear entertainment manual for it anymore. HELM is where the dealer said to get a manual if available.
Any help, suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Look at the name on the DVD player or the flip-down screen and just Google it. That is what I did when I bought my Expedition.
