How Does the Rear Entertainment Work?

I'm curious about something and am hoping you all can help me out...

1. The back screens allow you to stream from your device, I know that, but do you have to be on the wireless network in the vehicle or can you simply do it from your device's LTE service?

2. Depending on #1, I assume you could stream two different videos from two different phones - one on each screen - at the same time, correct?

One of the threads has someone who owns one talking about how their dvd system works. But just from a tech stanf pt, i would assume u have to stream using wi fi as you cant stream btw devices without it.
