How to remove front assembly (grill and front bumper)

Click here for a PDF on how to remove the front end assembly for either replacing the grill or bumper. This is for a 2003 and I think applies to 03-06. Tutorial is from truckinweb.com
Note that just the grill can be taken out by itself if needed.
