The owner's manual for my 2015 Expedition Limited 4x4 states 4A is appropriate for all driving conditions (although I often drive in 2H).

Some of the late 2021 vehicles switched to an electric hub set up so no vacuum hose or vacuum issues.

It did, pretty much all models were changed around late 2021 to the electronic system.

Checked my 2020 Platinum yesterday and it has the blue check valve hose. I wonder if that was there from new, or if they swapped it out during a service...

So I took my car to the dealer and asked him if this can be changed in my 22 timberline.
Unfortunately they say the vacuum is controlled through the TCM and no such valve exists in this model.
Wonder if that is any true.
If so how can the problem be fixed because I still get the noise occasionally.

Thanks for the post on this. Ordered directly from Ford parts and swapped out mine last night in 5 minutes as a preventative maintenance measure.
