2.5" rear is the tallest I've been able to find.

There is one site that sells them for $300 but that's a little pricey

I tried the eBay 2.5" with the .75" Rancho Quicklift struts and found that the axle bound against the frame at full extension. It was about a 1/2" too tall. Ordered a set of 2" and we'll see how it goes this weekend.

How much do the Rancho Quicklift lift you up? if your two inches higher then stock height shocks, and put a 3inch spacer, would it be a 5" total lift?

Um, there is a limit here...if the axle hits the frame that's like, not good. Maybe there's a reason you can't find more than a 2.5" spacer....

Here are my notes to date.

Base (leaking rear passenger)

F/D 33in
R/D 31 3/4
F/P 32 5/8
R/P 30 7/8

Quicklift

R/P 36 1/8
R/D 35 7/8

Quicklift (1" Front/.75 Rear) & Blocks (2.5" Front/2" Rear)

F/D 38.5
F/P 38.5
R/D 38 7/8
R/P 38.5

I still have a sleight binding of the rear passenger axle and the front upper control arms at full extension. I'm going to order a 2" front/1.5 rear leveling kit this week and try it again.

My feeling is that even with dropping down another .5" on the blocks, the vehicle height will remain the same.

Honestly haven't used them beyond last night's test drive.
