Lower Rear Control Arms

My control arms broke and I'm going to replace them,with the upper arms how can I tell if they need to be replaced or if ant broken don't fix it?? Or with 180,000 plus miles just replace them all?

If you poke them with a screw driver and there's any holes, then replace or if there is excess rust (not just the paint peeling) replace.
I did all 4 just to be sure, uppers where not bad but not great.
PMT arms are great replacements.

I am pretty sure they are, but your best bet would be to climb under and take control arms a check. I think you can flip one over to get it to work.

If your replacing some and it has almost 200k miles, I would also just go ahead and replace all 4. It will probably ride better with the new ball joints as well
