Did you ever try one of those? It looks convincing, but I'm not one to mess with the filtration system on my own vehicle.

That looks like one of those great ideas that didn't get enough research. What happens when someone uses one of those that doesn't change his oil frequently enough and has lots of buildup and the filter clogs and explodes or just stops flow and your motor blows up. You think they would pay for it?

Just a though

If you really want to improve your oil system, add an oil cooler if you don't already have one. There are simple to install, using a bracket at the filter so you dont' ahve to tap the pan, and bolt anywhere under the front on the kmember to get good airflow and lower the operating temp a few degree
