Major exhaust leak noise on 03 4.6L...suggestions?

It sounds like a spark plug is missing but of course I know that's not the case. The noise is coming from the passenger rear of the engine. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I had a cracked vacuum hose that made an awful sucking noise once, I think it was towards the driver a black rotted hose that rubs on the engine cover

maybe you have a similar problem
