Missing part? Airbag impact sensor?

My airbag warning light has be on for a while now, so I decided to look underneath the front end of the vehicle and noticed there is a connector not connected to anything, photo attached with connector in red. Could this possibly be for the front impact sensor for airbags? If so, where would that sensor be located? Cannot seem to find it. If it's somehow missing, any idea what the part number is?

ALSO, does the fan shroud need to be affixed in the down position? There are holes when it is in the down position that looks like clips fasten it down.

UPDATE - FIXED!

New sensor (part #14B004) was delivered today. Plug and play - airbag warning light is off!
