My 97 Expo's Front Bumper Bummer.

Greetings,
Got an autobody question I'm hoping you can help me with...Will a 1999+ Expo's front bumper fit on a 1997 Expo?

I ask this because I want to remove the horizontal/platform - style front bumper that came with early models, to the round-style bumper that was introduced with the 1999 models. Due to it's shape and horizontal accent (and having someone back-up onto my bumper at a parking lot) my bumper now has an angle that dips down to the road. The round-shaped bumpers on the 99+ Expos look more aesthetically-appealing to me also.

Any advice, suggestions, or comments would be greatly appreciated!

From what I've seen in prior posts/ threads, to achieve the look you're after, you'd have to change the front bumper and valance, as well as the front grill shell. I'm not sure about anything else, but from what I've seen between the two, that's pretty much it.
