does anyone know how to remove the "chrome" trim on the doors? not the whole trim piece but the "chrome" part. its ******* me off! but you should paint them black. i think they just pop off. just held on by some tabs.

Mine are color matched to the Blue of the truck, I thought the chrome bezels and handles were factory on Navi's only, and an add on for the X.

EBs came with it painted, xlts came with chrome. you cant separate it. but you could easily tape it off/paint it.

or just peel off the entire trim chrome and red... then use a body eraser to remove the glue residue

naw. i like the strip. but i just hate the chome. looks like ill just paint it. its just bubbled out all the way around. so looks like im gonna do that.
