need help rough idle.

i left work today all was well got to a stop light and it started to rumble like it was going to shut off but it didnt. light turns green and i go but the rumble stays through out the acceleration. it has 120k miles changed the iac before and pcv elbow also. check 2 of the spark plugs and they dont look burnt should i change anyway? i also noticed the egr solenoid has a broken hose tip i will pick one up in the morning. i dont have any error codes. the mass airflow was cleaned not too long ago and still looks good. the tb looks clean too at least at the butterfly. need help as this is my only form of transport.
