I just bought an XLT Sport, 2wd Expedition to replace my F-150 as my tow rig and crew hauler. I rally race in the south west, based out of Phoenix. I love the F-150 most of the time, except when manuvering the car trailer around, alone, and usually at night. The bed was so tall, I couldn't even see the tail of the trailer 20ft behind the truck. Anyways, I've always loved driving SUVs, so I bit the bullet, found a great deal on a used one, now I'm here. I've got plans to slowly personalize my Exp to my taste, Bilstein leveling shocks in front, Bilstein HD shocks in back, aggressive AT tires eventually, when the Continentals wear down a bit, maybe a pre-runner style front bumper gaurd and light mount set-up. I've already got a set of factory 4x4 tow hooks in the mail. What good is a dirt toy hauler without tow hooks??
