Been gone for a while on an assignment for my work...but back now and into some mods for the wife's '04 Expy...
I just put some 22" chrome Eagle Alloys with Falken tires...Wow what a huge difference in handling, performance, and overall looks!!! I like this truck so much I think I enjoy it more than her!
Anyway, regarding the brakes, I have decided to eliminate all issues with the rather small front rotors, and go to a larger 14" AP rotor and 6-piston caliper assembly.
It is going to cost about $2,500.00, but I feel it will be worth it in the end...as we will occasionally be pulling a trailer, and just for overall better braking.
Has anyone here had experience with this setup?
