Guy's will Nitto trail grapplers size 295 x 70 x 17 fit on my 2004 Expedition? Currently I have 265 x 70 x 17.

stock or lift? stock itll rub. lift not sure if it will. thats about 2 or 3 more inches high and about 1 inch wider.

If not is there a inexpensive way to lift the truck about 2/3"? ie shock, springs.

cheap lift....coil spacers in rear and torsion bar twist up front. should get you about 2-3" of lift. should be plenty for your tires.

nvy. he has an 04. he has to get wht some guys have. but im not sure wht they are fitting. they should be on here soon. like the guy with the red expedition.

look up rptr00 on this forum. also look up truxx, readylift, daystars on internet. they all have 3/2 lift leveling kits.

really dont think they would work without the lift. 285/70 should work with minimal rubbing. Also depends on the wheel you plan to use. A daystar spacer lift up front is the cheapest way to go. Does not require shocks or coils to be changed. You could probably get away with leaving the rear alone to fit a 295/70.
