No heat from driver's vents

I know everyone is going to say the blend door. Here's the problem: It's an '05 EB with dual zone. With A/C on I get cold air blowing from all vents. With heat on I get heat out the passenger vents but no heat out of the driver vents. I can hear to door move. If I go through the various blow options, i.e. feet, feet and high, middle, etc., the air flow will change. I just have no heat out of the driver's vents. Any ideas?
