Well had another issue with the 05 Limited in the dual control heating system. The passenger side would not warm up, blew cold air all the time. I did some research and determined it was the acuator for the passenger side blend door that needed to be replaced. When I found out you have to remove the entire dash I decided that it was above my mechanical abilities and also time constraints. I ended up taking it to the Ford dealer and it cost about $54 for the part and $600 for labor but it is fixed before it gets too cold outside and the wife will be much happier now riding in it. Another one of Ford's brilliant designs.
