Sorry have not had much time to post the solution to my problem been working, taking care of the family and school exams. Here is what I did: After checking all the Vacuum lines and T's I went to the local junk yard and bought a used EATC unit for $75. I installed it and there it was no problems the A/C works like it should. Thanks for all the help.
