exactly. its like a jeep, uh oh. haha you can lift a jeep as high as you can with short arms, but your still limited to the travel from those arms. but as soon as you put in a long arm system the jeep will sit lower and have more travel. its just geometry. i have to find this site that shows geometry. its really cool. make arms any length and then just move the design and see if it minds.

when i put the pmt machine lowers on mine , i used a come along from the safety chain hole on rear bumper to the axle to help line up the bolt holes, i done mine one side at a time
