Quick wheel question

I just orderee a set of 295/75r16 terra graplere and i want to buy some wheels also i was thinking about 16x9 but i dont know ehat offset or backsapcing to buy them right now i have 285/70 os stock wheels and 2" wheel spacers and i like the look of the wheel poking out so anyways im really not sure what size the offset and backspacing i should get with the new tires also i have 2001 1st gen 4wd and i do go offroading and camping alot
Also my truck has a 3" body lift

the stock wheels have a +44 offset...idk if offroad offsets run in that manner but I do know that street wheels run in increments of 5's...+10...+15...+20...etc

those will be fine...
