rain guard removal

I have an 07 expy and I am wanting to remove the rain guards. Does anyone know the best way to remove them and all the tools I will need to accomplish this task? Thanks for the help.

The ones over the windows should be on with 3m tape. Follow this video its the same concept.

Thread bump. Would be needing to remove my rain guard this weekend so yeah, I just need to know if I need to use or would it require a certain tool for me to do it alone. Thanks.

no certain tools i can think of...maybe a blow dryer to heat up the tape for easier removal...maybe some goo-be-gone...i used fishing line to debadge the "expedition" emblem along with the items i stated above...

past that idk...g/l
