expy's came 8.8 & 9.75, i got 9.75 /3.73

when i check out Car-Part.com--Used Auto Parts Market

these options come up
9.75" ring gear, 3.73 ratio, IDs S935C, S935C1 & S935D
(EDIT - looks like these are 97)

9.75" ring gear, 3.73 ratio, IDs S935E, S935F & S935J
(98-9)

from info i've run across, all 3.73 are limited slip, one diff i'm aware of is trailing arm bolts (& mounting holes) got bigger after the first year, but assuming that isn't a big deal as far as working eitherway

at some point early on, axle diameter increased, then wheel studs went to 14mm

i suppose these variations come into the picture with lettering like S935C-C1-D-E-F-J

main question is will any of these 9.75 - 3.73 variants pretty much bolt in for 98?

don't think any were drum brake, dunno if all 9.75 were disc setup? anything else to look out for?

And on the door sticker (assuming it was never regeared or axle(s) swapped).
