Rear window washer

Hi Guys, so I have a weird problem with the rear washer...every time I try to wash the rear windows, it would drain out my washer tank and I can hear from the inside of the car that it pouring out onto someplace, I checked the floorboard and it doesn't seem to be wet....and I try to look underneath the car, and I can't find any leaks anywhere....but I know the water must have gone someplace....what are the common issue with this car regarding the washers? I am just thinking there is a line that got unplugged...but the question is how to I find it?

The line for the rear washer is in the headliner. If the line separated from the sprayer nozzle, it should leak out of the bottom if the rear hatch........
