Would be interesting if you put the stock air intake back on to see if any change. Outside of knocking a plug or vacuum line loose seems very coincidental that this would happen at the same time as the work you did on it. Did you put the CAI on before the cat-back and if so was it running fine at that time? Was the battery ever disconnected during this process?
