Second row sub enclosure?

I would like to see if anyone here has any info for a second row enclosure for a 10'' or 12'' sub. (1997 EB with 2nd row bench) My plan is to build an enclosure that fits under the drivers side since the passenger side seat is the one that gets slid forward for my kids to jump into the third row. If I can't make this work then I will go ahead and buy the QForms storage tray replacement. I refuse to give up cargo room for my stereo, and have told my wife that if she gets to have "beats" in her CX-9 (stock bose with sub) that I need a sub in my expy. She always has a smartass reply about me having to many toys..........
