Shaking and vibrating

I need your help guys. I am getting a pretty bad shake when I hit 25 miles an hour. And it gets worse til about forty five. Then it turns into a hard vibration. I have replaced the u joints and it is still doing it. I am at a loss with it.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

Vibration

I have the same thing, along with loud scraping sound when the brake was applied, along with the lug nuts backing off. Turns out I somehow bent my back left axle when I slid on some ice, even though I didn't hit the curb or anything else I know of. Jack it up, spin the wheel, if it wobbles, the axle is bent.

Make sure you don't have a misfire, my 2000 did the same but a couple coils were bad.. Once I changed them it went away
