Tires and rims?

We just bought a 2017 Expepdition EL Limited with 20" rims and Im wondering what are the smallest rims that will fit for winter tires? 18? Also Ive read that f150 rims will fit so I could potentially get a used set of factory f150 take offs fairly cheap. Im thinking 275 65 18?

My spare is a 17” on my 2014. Pretty sure the brakes are the same as your 2017.

Many guys putting raptor take offs on these. They're 17".

I'm one of those guys. No issues with 17".
