Will 285/75/16's fit on my 2000 ford Expedition XLT with no lift and stock rims?
I am currently running 265/75 16's with no issues.

They do! I just did it! I got a set from treadwright ( for less than $500 by the way)
I put the tires on my Y2K XLT first, and seemed ok. I did follow up with a fat Bob's 3-2 just to be safe, but I didn't have any rubbing. The rear is no issue at all, you could do a quick torsion twist for an inch or so for confidence if you wanted to.

3-2 refers to a lift kit, but if your expy isnt sagging you do not need to get it
