Weird dome light & headlight reminder issues

2006 EB.
Open drivers door dome lights come as usual.
Start vehicle with door open dome lights shut off or open drivers door while running dome light flash on and shut off. Dome lights work as usual with 3 other doors and lift gate when running or not.
Shut vehicle off leave key in ignition, "key alarm" chimes once sometimes twice and shuts off.
Pull key and open door, dome lights work as usual when drivers or any door opens.
No warning chime for headlights left on.
Ignition switch/steering column wiring issue? Door switch issue? Other??
Where would you start looking?

An OBDII scan with a scanner that can see the Body Control Module is where I'd start. I'd have said start with checking the door latch/switch, but if you have issues with the ignition switch as well then a scan.
