Weird nois

Hey wats up i have a 05 expedition an its making a weird turbo like sound wen its around 3000-4000 rpm has enyone had this problem

belt slipping; pcv valve etc.

Is the AC on or off? My ac compressor was failing and would start to whine when I was accelerating.

The ac is off an from wat i have read it could be a vacum line leak or the manifold but the lost of power is getting bigger an so is the noise ill try to get u guys a vid
