Hi everyone! I'm kinda new here and it's my first time owning a ford expedition. Just got a 2006 5.4 v8 triton eddie bauer 4wd with about 80k on it.. got it as is where is at a low price from the owner.. now the problems are as follows: 1.) there seems to be a transmission failure of some sort.. when in O/D it doesn't go beyond 25mph.. revv sounds like it's in neutral.. but when the O/D is turned off it works just fine.. but another problem is it shifts too soon and there's this vibrating sound of some sort. 2.) Advance trac won't turn off!
**when i got it scanned the only code that came up was a P0171
this is what i've done so far but still no improvement:
-changed transmission fluid
-replaced MAFsensor
-replaced vaccuum hose(s)
need all the help i can get!
