OK... I need help...

I bought my 07 used with a clean bill of health from carfax. What was never reported was that someone (and I say someone as in one that shouldn't be working on cars) replaced what appears to be the window regulators or motors in both of the front doors. I found pieces of plastic, screws, metal cord, and a variety of other things in the bottoms of the doors.

The passenger side door was re-assembled without the bracket that the two screws in the spot you pull the door shut with and a horrible rattle has developed. I need that bracket and am having a VERY hard time finding it. I've called a number of parts places, and I'm not planning on calling any others because they keep insisting that if I want the bracket, I buy the whole door.

Any help on finding this part will be vastly appreciated!

What year? If I find a bracket this weekend I have no problem pulling it for you. There is a junkyard near me that has nothing but newer vehicles

You are looking at wrong junk yards. Usually the ones that wont let you in are the ones that have newer cars and dont like people smashing them.

As I said in the first post... these parts yards are trying to sell me the whole door for 700ish dollars. If I can't get it myself somehow, or order one, I'm not gonna waste anymore of my time calling the private parts yards.

It is for an 07 but 07-12 should have the exact same part. That would be awesome and greatly appreciated. Its an L shaped bracket. If I have enough time before work tomorrow ill pull my driver door panel off and take a picture of it.
