Hello....
I'm sorry if this is has been asked before, but I'm looking for a quick answer.

I need to purchase replacement OEM seat covers for my 2006 Expy limited.
I had found a ford direct site (I think that's what it was), but was unsure of the part numbers, and my year didn't include a diagram.
I don't need headrest covers as I have monitors in the first and second rows.

Unfortunately, the seats were ripped apart when I removed all my A/V gear, which was poorly installed (but, a long, long story.... those of you who've been here a few years, may remember my supercharged engine, super A/V system...

Now, I'll be trying to sell the truck, and need to fix everything and try to return it to stock, well relative stock. Still has a great A/V system.... Blah, Blah...

Thanks for any help,
Breezyjr

Thanks for the info.... And the compliment...

BUT, as nice as my truck looked, almost everything broke due to poor installation... The guys a AutoDream Group (Niagra Falls, Canada) didn't do a very nice job with the install... They cut many corners, underneath it was a big mess, and in the end, didn't even work!

My supercharger blew, and managed to destroy the entire engine, so I had to replace the whole engine minus the SC.

The "awesome" A/V system, worked for about a month, then I started having problems. If fact, I just had all the equipment removed, and the guy that did it, found things like: Speaker wire, the wire you could see was good, expensive stuff, but about 2 feet back, he switched to the cheap stuff you can find at radio shack.... but I paid for the good stuff.

Wires were crossed all over the place....
Seats covers were all messed up, and that's why I need new ones, I can't even fix the seats due to lame install.

The truck really has been a complete nightmare! I've had to put another $20k into to it, JUST to make it worthy to sell. I tried to sell it on eBay, with ALL the equipment and such, and couldn't get more than $15,000... heck, I put nearly $100k into this... and because things were so screwed up, I couldn't even get 50% of it back! ARGH!

But, at least it "looked" good. The exterior still looks nice, with the 22" wheels, projector headlamps, LED tail lights and 3rd brake light, Street Scenes "speed grille..."

But, I'll be fixed soon and the interior back to "relative" stock. Put in an Alpine 505, with Alpine PDX amps, still has the AWESOME sounding Rainbow Audio 12" Vanadium sub, and DLS set in the front. Alpiine Nav, headrest monitors in the 1st and 2nd row. So, I hope to make about $20k on the sale.... I've lost lots and lots of $$$$$ on this truck, but learned a big lesson.... Listen to your wife when she says, "Don't do it!" hehe

Anywho... If I still have any picks left, i'll post 'em for ya, so you can see what it looked like.....

Later,
Joe_Breezy

One quick question, if anyone knows.

The site shows each parts, ie. Seat cover back, Side, bottom....

If I order all the parts separately, will I have to find a shop to sew them all together and install them?

Or, is it possible to order the entire seat cover as bottom , and back all put together?

ANY help, would be appreciated. I really need to take care of this quickly...

Does anyone know about aftermarket products like, Katzkin (sp?) and there's another one, but don't recall... they use real leather, and I know they make replacements.... anyone ever deal with them?

Thanks

That totally sucks what happened.... fewer and fewer businesses take pride in their work. Does that Ford place sell seat foam to? the guy before me was a big lad and did a lot of driving and I aint tiny myself so the foam is in not so good shape.

Pretty sure they do.

I know I've seen the seat cover pop up on ebay every so often. Remember a auction for all the seat covers, though don't remember what it went for.

I am selling ALL the A/V equipment. A friend of mine who owns a shop in New Jersey is taking care of the sales.... he figures, every once in awhile someone comes in, and "impulse buys..."

Here's a list of what I'm selling, if anyone's interested.

Amps:
Sinfoni 60.1HD (Set) $1500 OBO
Sinfoni 150.2 $850 OBO
Sinfoni 120.4 $1200 OBO
Sinfoni 50.4 $900 OBO

Reference Speaker set:
Rainbow Reference 3 way Active $5300 OBO

The paper you see in the picture, are tests run by Rainbow Audio, before the drivers go out the door... there are "HAND WRITTEN" notes regarding Xover setting and slope, and all the info you'll need to make the ONE AND ONLY speaker sound it's best.
If you happen to be a member of diyma.com you can check out the thread in the classified, and search for "rainbow reference" the thread was started by "6spdcoupe"
If anyone is interested, please send me an EMAIL! as I don't seem to get forum update emails. it's my user name here... at Gmai1.c0m.... Or, if you are a member at DIYMA.com, you can also contact my buddy Don (6spdcoupe) for assistance.

I have a couple other things as well.
Alpine F#1 DVI-9990 headunit, and H-990 processor available soon for $2,500 OBO (keep in mind, the headunit alone new is $2,400, and the proc $2,600)

I also have a JL Audio 10w6 in s fiberglass enclosure that fits in the factory location in my '06 expy limited... I'm sure it fits in most other expy's.. all you have to do is take out your factory unit, and install this one... it takes up a bit more room, but still fits in the factory location... you'll just have to cut out the factory opening a bit... (maybe not) (this is heavy, so shipping would probably be expensive).... $200 +actual shipping cost

Also have Alpine X-type 12" in a custom sealed enclosure that fits behind the third row of my expy. Nice sub. Carpeted enclosure (tan) to closely match my medium parchment interior. $350... this one is also heavy....

If anything else comes up, I'll let you guys know. I still have a factory sub laying around, if someone busted theirs... just let me know, I'll you'd have to do is pay shipping...
I may also have OEM headlamps and brake lights... depends on how my eBay auction goes (no, it's not up yet, but I can let everyone know when I finally list it)

Feel free to ask me any questions about all this. It all looks great, The speakers sound INCREDIBLE! I didn't get much use out of the system, so it's all got low hours of operation on them.

Just happened to find a couple pics I didn't delete...... yet.
