I am having the same issue. What did you order? I ordered a Max Platinum in blue with ebony interior, hd trailer tow and a bench middle row.

I ordered May 4 and have a delivery date of August 24. This past week I found the exact vehicle that I ordered on cars.com. It is located in Las Vegas and I am in SW Michigan. I am going to cancel my order and get the one in Las Vegas delivered to me.

It is crazy how far behind Ford is. I was told 8-12 weeks, not 16. But I guess your timeline is even worse than mine.

Well, you could wait a bit until the details on the 2019s are released and then decide whether or not to cancel the order. You'll kick yourself if you wait another 6 months when the only change is a minor tweak to the shape of 3rd row cupholders...

Does not sound too bad.
We had a 2013 Escape built, ordered it in October and it arrived in April.

Shoot the last leather holster I ordered I took about 20 weeks.
My tax stamps for a suppressor and SBR took about 9 months.

So I guess it is all relative.

NFA wait times are horrendous, definitely teaches patience. I’m still surprised the Expy are so hard to find. Ford has a winner on its hands.

I placed an order for one on May 10th and was given a delivery date of around August 15th. I was told 6-8 weeks prior to finalizing the order so imagine my surprise when he called back to tell me it would be roughly 14 weeks. Finally found another one that would be a close enough match about a 15 hour drive away and picked it up last week. My biggest issue was finding someone to offer the same discount as the dealership I was ordering through. They were giving me about $9000 off MSRP. Over 40 calls to different dealerships later, I found someone else willing to make that deal ha!

Mine was ordered Feb 26. My delivery date on COTUS is aug 16.
Build date is supposed to be the third week in July. Ugh.

Ruby red plat max. Tow, cargo ($400 option in [emoji1063]), captains.

I think my dealer just had a terrible allocation. That being said, you don’t see many around. Half of the ones I’ve seen are rentals.

I was quoted a year to 18 month lead time for a Navi here in Calgary. Only two dealers can order them in a city with well over 1 million people.

Wife and kids like the look of the Expy more than the Navi. I wanted the Navi for the seats and HUD. I figure I can get a Navi when the refresh happens.

It is interesting that it seems most of us stuck waiting so long ordered Platinum’s. I think we all have the tow package too.

That’s a hell of a wait, wow!! That doesn’t even make sense, by the time yours arrives it’s already last years model?!?

Sometimes it works out better with the long delivery time. I ordered and paid for a 2014 Subaru Forester for my wife, but was delivered a 2015.

Since it is a first year model, I’m planning on leasing it first and then maybe buying it out depending on how many issues there are. Plus, the interest, residuals and programs are locked in from the date of order. I’m surprised Ford does this.

If you are talking about the Navi, your order goes in, but the build date determines model year.

Lots of 2018's in the Long Island dealers. They're offering about $9,000 off MSRP. If they're stuck with any after the 2019's come, they'll be $18,000 off the sticker price.

As far as the NFA goes, New York won't even allow an AK47 to be sold here anymore. And the wait for a pistol license is at least six months and $500...
