Anco makes a decent blade. For snow and ice get a winter blade.Looking for replacement front and rear wiper blade recs; looking for performance/ability to handle splattered bug juice in warmer months and snow/ice in winter. Willing to spend for a better blade. Thanks.
True winter blades have the boots on them. They work real well in snow and stuff. The one without the boot will pack snow under the arm and raise them off the windshield and leave you with a windshield you can't see out of. Big difference between the two.Winter blades are the same as summer they just have a cover to block ice build up. Any blade is good just clean you blades once a week or so. Dirt is like sandpaper in the blades. Do not use RainX its sucks at night.
Thanks for the recommendation...and with the 25% off coupon right now, how can you go wrong? I've ordered a set to put on this fall.I bought these. They are fantastic, the best I've tried so far:

When only the best will do.Bosch Icon
It doesn't matter here. They only last one season, no matter how much you spend. When only the best will do.
My truck is parked outside 100% in NC and MI. The OEM garbage lasted 6 months on my F150. The ICONS are still good at almost 2 years. My Expedition is garaged 10 months a year. The first set of ICON's went 3 full years. It doesn't matter here. They only last one season, no matter how much you spend.
I've used Bosch ICON, Rain-X, Ford brand, TRICO, and more.+1 to Bosch Icons FTW.
