    what price did you pay for your expy?

    Bought my 2007 Eddie Bauer EL in November 2010 for $31,000. It had 32,000 miles and all options except tow package and navigation. There were a few scratches but overall was an 8 out of 10 in appearance. Also came with 4 new tires.

    I have a 2007 and figured out by accident if you push the liftgate button on the remote twice it will open or close. It should be the same on yours.

    Got the truck back from the dealer. They couldn't find anything wrong. They pressure tested the system and filled it with some kind of smoke to test for leaks and found nothing. I acutally met with the mechanic this morning and of course there was no smell. I guess I will just wait and see...

    Its at the dealer now, I will ask them that question. It hasn't thrown any codes though which seems strange. The other thing is when this smell started, it also developed a tapping noise, it sounds like a lifter tap, but maybe its something in the fuel injection.
