Remote for Power Tailgate

Hey Guys, I have a new to us 2008 Expedition EL Limited with power tailgate. My wife and I were surprised that the Power Tailgate did not have a remote button, so you could open remotely while carrying groceries, wrestling with kids etc. Am I missing something or has anyone hear of another accessory or hack?

I have a 2007 and figured out by accident if you push the liftgate button on the remote twice it will open or close. It should be the same on yours.
