I run 20" AT3 XLTs on my F150 at 55-60 PSI, seems just about right. 80 will rattle your fillings loose. I run the passenger version of the tire (AT3 4S) on my Expy but don't tow with it.
If you want something a bit more aggressive than those Michelins, I have been liking the Cooper Discoverer AT3 4S that I put on my 14 Limited. One of the few tires you can buy in the stock size that have white letters, which I like.

I picked up a low mileage 2014 Limited over the summer, been mostly happy with it so far but the audio leaves something to be desired. I’m not an audiophile by any means and am mostly comparing to the Sony systems in my 2011 F150 and the wife’s 2016 Explorer - both of which sound great...
I swapped mine out tonight on my 2014 - easy 10 minute job. As others have mentioned, you’ll need a 14mm socket or wrench. I also used a 6” pry bar to help remove the old arm.
The original setup was the snap-on style (first option in the OP), and I replaced with the Dorman arm and Bosch 17A...
