Spark Plug Location 2000 Expd
How often do you change plugs? :nopity: Use the Motorcraft plugs, don't use Bosch and all those other brands. I got them for $3.88 each on Rockauto.com. Buy the OEM plug. Come on. I need to know what the gap should be. BTW, you don't need a bunch of socket swivels and 20 elbows. You need...- 2000expy

Where do you get a steering shock? BTW, the whole reason for introducing the IRS was to lower the CG for rollover problems. It also gave Ford 5-7 inches of interior room to play with, like fold-flat 3rd row seat.- 2000expy

Installing Fuel Tank Skid Plate (Off-Road Package) on 2003
Well obviously there have been changes, but I got a neighbor to help me. We had to hold the tank up after removing the thin tank brackets. The skid plate had its own brackets that bolt right up to the chassis studs.- 2000expy

Switching to Synthetic Oil??
I've used Mobile 1 since 6K miles. I just switched from 5W-30 to 10W-30 based on recommendations that as the mileage gets higher it okay to switch to a bit heavier oil. I have always used Motorcraft oil filters. The engine has 95K+ miles on it now. I've had zero engine problems. I use a K&N...- 2000expy

Location of Fuel filter on 1999 V8 Expedition
Buy the metal tool, not the plastic one. It's actually mounted on the frame right in front of the fuel tank.- 2000expy
