Yes, mine came with a net and I have the same year as you do. Sorry, but I have no idea where you could get one. There are probably quite a few places that will sell them though. -

Hi, my name is Alex. I'm 19 and from Chicago. I just recently bought a white 2000 XLT. It was a command vehicle for a local Fire dept. It is very clean in and out. It has 56k miles and has no major problems! Pictures (still with for sale signs in the window lol)- 2000XLT
