It all depends, technically they the FP Tune after the 3/36k is considered an aftermarket part. Aftermarket parts technically have to be proven to cause the problem for them to void warranty. I am sure it makes a difference, but the FP tunes are just canned tunes. If you want a tune, go all the way and get a custom tune from someone like Livernois.- 2020FordRaptor
