    Did you check to make sure nothing is blocking it from going down fully? Is the center seat belt disconnected? Also check that the second row seats aren’t overly reclined or they can block the 3rd row from being able to go down fully.

    I had posted on the other thread with pics of mine. Apparently it is a known issue by Ford. The replacement clear ring piece has been updated to be thicker/more substantial for the replacement. Luckily mine is still under the original warranty.

    Sunglasses (in their case). Hubby’s sunglasses go in the conversation mirror flippy thingy and mine go in the passenger above the glove box flippy thingy. I also keep a Resqme window breaker/seat belt cutter in there.

    This just happened to my 2018 last night. I went to put a water bottle in the cupholder and the whole thing collapsed into the console. I’m still under warranty so hopefully covered. What a terrible design this is.

    That is great to hear. Have you tried reattaching it after removal to verify the power flip feature still works normally when you hit the power fold buttons and the head restraint flip button from the driver position?
