Problem after problem!!

yea its already been changed out, thanks again for the help. I'm actually having other problems now with Alternator and Battery I made another thread about maybe you can check it out and give me some advise if you can.- BBoudreaux2

No I haven't installed anything aftermarket. It's all Napa parts that I installed (Alternator, Battery) I have a voltage meter at my shop but im stuck at home right now with no way to get it and check it. The instructions you gave did work. the blower motor came out from directly underneath the dash. it was a very tight fit so I did have to pull the carpet back in order to have more room to play with. Wednesday my vehicle killed on me on the side of the road, after getting with my shop foreman at work we came to the conclusion that I had a bad alternator. . . I don't think that'll work. The blower is inside the dash right behind the Resistor. I was messing with it earlier today and once I removed my resistor I can look inside and see the blower fan. I shouldn't have to move any carpet around or even mess with anything on the floor board.- BBoudreaux2

Blower/Resistor I was familiar with the resistor and where it was located. My only other question would be. . . How am I suppose to get to the blower motor? I thought I would get lucky and remove my battery and get to it there, but of course that would be to easy. I did find it behind my glove...- BBoudreaux2

2 problems... My first problem would be that it seems that my AC/Heater only works on the high setting. 2nd problem is when I turn my AC/Heater on the high setting there is a loud noise that comes from underneath the glove box. Popping Noise From Rear A/C Blower '03 Expo
I just replaced my acuator not even a month ago and the clicking has returned!!!! I'm sooo pissed! Is there a permanent fix for this issue or am I just stuck spending money on actuators once a month??? 03 Expedition shutting off while driving.
I was also told that it could possibly be the cam sensor or the crank sensor also... Does this make since??? I'll definitely check all my wires I just think if it was something with a spark or fuel there would be some sort of sputtering or something going on but when it happens it just shuts off...- BBoudreaux2

Hamfisted, When it shuts off I'll pull over to the side of the road and it'll start right back up, no stumble no stall just dies out like someone turned off the engine- BBoudreaux2

I do not have the message center on my expedition. I've checked the CEL and it works fine when turning the truck on, and as far as the fuel filter... I've been having my truck for about 6 years now and i can't recall ever changing out my fuel filter. Regards, Ben- BBoudreaux2
