    Also following. Previous owner swapped out my air ride for struts. i want to go back to air ride for the leveling when I am towing. We tow a lot. Need to see where the compressor was mounted and where the air lines were routed etc.

    I am in my mid to late 50's. I have never been a big on chrome. It has it's place, and i do not knock those that like it. Just not for me.

    I can't blame you one bit. I really wanted to stick with the 5.4 that is why I did not buy a newer truck. I also wanted the air ride, for the towing, unfortunately this one was converted, but the price was too good to pass up.

    I have a 2013 Limited, the previous owner replaced the air ride with struts. Has anyone gone back the other way from struts back to air ride? Is the self leveling worth it from a towing and cargo standpoint?
