Just found this in the manual/I've never selected "Perimeter only", mine defaults to "All Sensors":
Using the System
You can select two levels of alarm security.
You can change the level of security when
the ignition is switched off through the

Sitting in the driveway, but, next door neighbor's lawn (right next to driveway) was being mowed by one of those huge/loud zero turns. Wasn't hit, so, would the vibration do it? Strange...
Nice write up! Mine has been a great vehicle as well, best I've ever owned (rightfully so considering the price is double any daily I've ever owned) but, not without some issues, all sorted under warranty. Used it to tow a good bit and it ate both cats and the resonator. With the bad cats, from...
2019 Limited MAX SE here, I 2nd ELSD point for your use case. These rigs tow beautifully. ~24K miles with 7K TT and a couple different boats of varying weight.
Regarding the quabbles of common "issues". Just got my phasers done at 59.5K and trans seems OK for now, only when cold some...
Anytime I know that I've mucked them up a lot, excessively and they didn't then get a highway speed heavy rain bath shortly thereafter, I deploy during a wash/rinse thoroughly (just a hose/no pressure washer) and then pick your poison for lube - don't be shy/liberally apply. No issues here...
My otterbox encased phone lives there/doesn't move and is plugged in for Android Auto use... I usually stash my key in the charge pad area. Not sure what year Expedition you have, but, if you aren't comfortable with Forescan, then you can use this too...
Some here, 2019... It is the shift from 4-5 for me and started around 40K miles. No software update, but, trans did get reset and re-learning did its thing prior to this... I no longer use eco mode, not sure if they had/has any bearing on it...
My 2019 will, at certain points, show the coolant temp when it reaches that threshold, usually noticed it after heat soaking events like max throttle while towing or driving the piss out of it (hard acceleration uphill on the highway, etc.). It shows upwards of 238 or so and then recedes...
In my experience, nothing worse than new rubber (that is known garbage/**** to begin with) sitting idle... Might want to try balance beads or balance fluid if you want to continue to use stock tires, but, path of least resistance here is to try new shoes on to see if that does the trick.
Flat Spotting
If you’ve ever wondered why your tires don’t seem to drive right after you’ve left your vehicle sitting idle a little bit longer than the average wait time, flat-spotting may be the cause. Unused tires sit pressed against the flat ground, which creates rigid areas that damage your...
