    yes the small bits of tape that resemble black masking tape are temporary and are used when making the harnesses. i always pick those pieces off the looms when i see them, its not part of the regular harness protection

    the heated steering wheel wire/fuse in the passenger footwell is a common spot to hard wire a dashcam, and i think it is only powered when the ignition is on

    I can confirm that Raptor boards dont just bolt on to a regular length Exp... i bought a knockoff steel set (oem is cast aluminum) that looks just like raptor boards. Part of the reason i went with steel knockoff is that i could shorten them easier if they didnt fit... for the short wheelbase...

    I bet it's just the front side windows that are laminated... the replacement glass is ordered, the regular tempered was ~$150, laminated was ~$200, went with the laminated replacement for sure! I'll also be throwing on some 35% tint to the glass before i swap in the replacement pane.
