thanks for the info,, I found something that goes with what thermo said about a law, if you google sema consumers bill of rights it has some good info on it. I think im going to write a letter back to the warranty company with some of the info i have received from here and see what happens.- cvint

Yes. They did pay for the work! I had to pay the 100 deductible, The price of the warranty was added in to the price of the car payment, and the way they found out about the wheels and CAI, because the warranty company sent a inspector to the dealer to make sure the claim was valid, thanks for...- cvint

I have a 2005 expy when i bought it it came with a 3 year 36k mi warranty, so i have about a year left on it.. I decided to take it to the dealer and try and get the cam phazers fixed,(sounded like a diesel), the dealer said they were bad and needed replaced, they would contact the warranty...- cvint
