2022 Expedition - Cracked Roof Panel; Cracked Lift gate Spoiler
I'm dealing the same issue with my 2022 Expy Platinum. We had temperature in the teens. I took our vehicle into the local dealership a few days later to ask that the spoiler and roof damage be inspected and covered under warranty and referenced the service bulletin posted in this thread...- cyguy

Solution: Front bumper license plate holder came off (dealer drilled too big of holes, so recommend 3/16 exploding rivet)
My front license plate holder easily popped off my bumper when I went to install my new plates on my new 2022 Expy. If this happens to you, potentially someone drilled too big of holes into the bumper, so the OEM rivets weren't securely fastened. I recommend using 3/16 inch exploding pop...- cyguy
