Spark plug gap and torque
Update - for those with metric 1.4mm = 0.054". Also don't forget the dielectric grease on the plug connectors. Turns out the individual coil boots only uses spring tension to make electrical contact. The old distributor and individual spare plug wires used a snap type connection.- danzaokid

2004 5.4L - Front Brake Caliper Banjo Bolt Torque?
I too have not had leaks with Banjo bolts torqued to 26 ft lbs, or even 20 lbs. I'd not go over 50 ft lbs on those shallow threads. For others finding this post - here is my opinion - There are 2 copper washers, one on each side of the banjo bolt. And they are not "crush washers" in the normal...- danzaokid
