2000 brakes
I always flush the brake fluid when I change pads...it's cheap insurance for a long lasting brake system.- DavidExped01

Rear Air Susp. Failure
I did in fact have a broken union (in line connector about an inch long and black for the air line below brake fluid reservoir). Replaced plastic union with a brass connector with valve from American Air suspension. Allows you to manually pump up system once the rear soleinoids open. My...- DavidExped01

2000 brakes
I just bought "slip on" rotors and ceramic pads for my 01 Exped. The old ones take alot of torque to get off...I sprayed WD40 on the rotor bolts before removing with a 1/2 socket. The calipers are a little tricky at first...need to remove sliding bolt to take apart. Don't forget to flush the...- DavidExped01

Rear Air Susp. Failure
01 Expedition 4x4 rear air suspension is all the way down. Air compressor works, no broken union, front ok, all height sensors are hooked up, no hissing sounds. Tried to reboot with on/off switch about 20 times. Do I spend the $99 dollars and have Ford troubleshoot?- DavidExped01
